Blog Title - Discipleship Will Stretch You
Blog Entry - MDG is a catalyst for discipleship. We disciple one another. When we disciple, we get real with a brother, helping each other focus on Jesus and our daily walk with Him. If you are not discipling, then consider our Men’s Discipleship Group that meets on Tuesday nights. It has proven to be a great catalyst in fostering discipleship relationships. We are seeing relationships built and we are constantly eyewitnesses of Proverbs 27.17 - "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another".

Blog Entry - We took the Lords supper tonight... and pizza. Zach asked us to reflect on 2009 and to consider how we had benefited from MDG. Many shared how their lives had changed because of their committment to disciple each other.

Blog Title - Jan 12th - Christian talked about worship
Blog Entry - The main theme tonight was, worship has to cost us something. Romans 12.1 says, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of Gods mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship." Why was Abels sacrifice more pleasing than Cains? It cost Abel more... not in terms of $, but cost from his person. It cost Mary 2 years worth of wages to wash Jesus feet with perfume. That cost her dearly, but she did it with joy... even tears. She worshipped Jesus.

Blog Title - Jan 19th - Jay Jay brings Jesus in John 1
Blog Entry - Jay Jay reminded us about our identity in Jesus. He talked about Jesus as the LOGOS and how the word means an intellectual thought and how He became flesh. We also had two new visitors. Kendricks friend Mike and Zach and Toms mission convert, Louis. Some of us are heading to Louiss trailer home on Saturday to help clean. If anyone is interested contact Christian. Blog Title - Jay Jays partial notes on his thought for Jan 19
Blog Entry - John the Apostle had an intensely deep understanding of Our Lord Jesus Christ. He describes how from the beginning Christ Jesus was being manifested in creating all things so that at the perfect time we would understand how God deeply desires us to know of His grace. Jesus Christ in Isaiah 40:3 foretells the time of His coming and makes sure His people know about it. Ultimately, people start to have a change in their minds about God thru the prophetic nature of Gods calling of his people.
